School Emergency Closure
In the event of school closure, for whatever reason, the Headteacher will make the decision about closing the school.
In the event of bad weather, the Headteacher will liaise with other staff in Warminster so that they can tell them the local conditions. All of this will happen around 7am. If the decision is to close the school, the following system will operate:
- A message will be posted on the school website by 7am
- Radio Wiltshire (103.5, 103.6, 104.3, 104.9FM) will be contacted as soon as possible
- Breeze radio (107.5FM) will be contacted as soon as possible
- We will notify parents via the school jotter app
In the case of prolonged bad weather our website and local radio stations will be updated daily around 7.30am.
